We are excited to support you on this important educational journey. Transformational Technologies Online Academy is committed to providing a flexible, accredited, and empowering learning experience for students in grades 9 through 12. Before enrolling, please review the following Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure alignment between our expectations and your understanding of the program structure, policies, and payment procedures.
1. Program Structure and Grade-Level Enrollment
Enrollment is available for one full grade level at a time (9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade). Each grade level includes a complete academic program designed to prepare students for high school graduation through Transformational Technologies Online Academy.
Important: Our program must be completed in sequence, as each grade builds upon previous coursework. We do not offer individual course enrollment or partial credit programs.
2. Transferability of Credits
If you plan to transfer to another institution after completing a grade level, it is your responsibility to verify whether that institution will accept credits from Transformational Technologies Online Academy.
We are not a credit transfer program. Acceptance of credits is determined solely by the receiving school or institution.
3. Accreditation and Recognition of Diploma
Transformational Technologies Online Academy is fully accredited by COGNIA and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), both recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. This accreditation ensures national recognition of our academic standards.
While our diploma is widely accepted by employers, colleges, and licensing boards, we recommend confirming specific acceptance requirements with any future institutions or employers, as policies vary.
4. Online Account Setup Timeline
After completing enrollment and payment, please allow 1–3 business days for your online account to be activated. During this period, you will receive:
- Your secure username and password
- Orientation instructions
- A welcome message from your assigned teacher
Your teacher will guide you through how to get started and how to navigate the online learning platform.
5. Payment Plan and Diploma Release
If you select a monthly payment plan, please note:
- Tuition must be paid in full before your diploma is released, regardless of the payment plan chosen.
- You agree to honor all monthly payment deadlines. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to coursework and delays in graduation processing.
Students who do not complete all payments by the final due date will not receive their diploma until full payment is made.
6. No Refund Policy
Because this is a digital and proprietary academic program, all enrollments are non-refundable once payment has been processed and account setup has begun.
7. Acknowledgment of Terms
By enrolling in the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
→ I understand that each grade level represents a full academic year.
→ I understand this is not a credit transfer program and each grade level is a complete, year-long academic experience.
→ I understand that acceptance of credits or a diploma is determined by the receiving institution or employer.
→ I understand that online account setup may take 1–3 business days after enrollment.
→ I understand that all enrollments are non-refundable once payment is processed.
→ I understand that Transformational Technologies Online Academy is fully accredited by COGNIA and SACS.
→ I acknowledge that I am responsible for making all payments on time, especially if I am using a monthly payment plan.
